These terms apply when you use nuranza.com.bd or place an order with Putulghor or Kiddletown. By placing an order you agree to them. Nuranza is operated from Dhaka, Bangladesh, and these terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

• You must be 18 or older to create an account, or shop with a parent's permission.
• Keep your password and OTP codes private — you're responsible for orders placed from your account.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud or repeated refused COD deliveries.

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT. An order is accepted once we confirm it by phone or SMS. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or was listed at an obviously wrong price — you'll get a full refund if you had already paid.

Handmade items vary slightly in colour and weave. These differences are part of the craft, not a defect.

We accept bKash, Nagad, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and cash on delivery (under ৳10,000). Online payments are processed by licensed payment gateways; Nuranza never sees your PIN or full card number.

Delivery zones, fees, return windows and refund timelines are described in our Shipping & returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

• One voucher per order unless stated otherwise.
• Vouchers have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money.
• Returned items are refunded at the price you actually paid.

Photos, product descriptions, logos and designs on this site belong to Nuranza or our maker partners. Please don't reuse them without permission.

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009.
