Orders
Yes — Putulghor and Kiddletown items share one bag and ship together in a single parcel.
Yes, until it's packed. Call us or use My orders — once it's with the courier we can't edit it, but you can return it.
We text you a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse. You can also see live status under My orders.
Delivery
Inside Dhaka we deliver in 1–2 working days. Outside Dhaka takes 3–4 working days through our courier partners.
Delivery is free on orders of ৳1500 or more. Below that it's ৳80 inside Dhaka and ৳130 outside.
Not yet — we deliver to all 64 districts within Bangladesh.
Payment
bKash, Nagad, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and cash on delivery.
COD is available across Bangladesh for orders under ৳10,000.
Returns
Return unused items with tags within 7 days of delivery. We'll pick them up from your door.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. COD orders are refunded via bKash.
