Privacy policy
Plain-language notes on the information we keep and why.LAST UPDATED ·
Overview
Nuranza runs two shops — Putulghor and Kiddletown — from one account. This policy explains what we collect when you browse or order, how we use it, and the choices you have. We never sell your personal information.
Information we collect
- Account details — name, phone number, email and password (stored hashed).
- Delivery details — addresses and delivery notes you save.
- Order history — items, amounts, payment method and delivery status.
- Device data — browser type, pages visited and approximate location from your IP address.
We don't store full card numbers or bKash/Nagad PINs. Payments are handled by licensed gateways.
How we use it
- To confirm, deliver and support your orders.
- To send order updates by SMS and email.
- To prevent fraud, especially on cash-on-delivery orders.
- To send offers — only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
Your choices & rights
You can view and edit your details in your account, or ask us to:
- send you a copy of the data we hold about you,
- correct anything that's wrong,
- delete your account and personal data (we keep invoices as required by law).
Write to [email protected] or use our contact form.
How long we keep data
Order and invoice records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Inactive accounts are deleted after three years, with an email reminder first.
Changes to this policy
If we make a meaningful change we'll email account holders and update the date at the top of this page.
